UK DELIVERY: We offer free delivery on all orders within the UK. For items in stock, delivery will take between 3-5 business days, all orders are shipped using a tracked and insured delivery service.

BESPOKE ORDERS: Depending on the design, bespoke commissions usually take up to 12 weeks, but if you have a specific deadline for a piece please let us know and we will strive to create your piece in time for you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: International shipping is calculated per order, please get in touch for a quote before purchasing your piece. Please note that all taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchases, providing the piece is unworn and in the original packaging. We are unable to offer postage costs for returns, unless the item is faulty. Bespoke pieces are unable to be returned unless faulty. We recommend shipping returns using a tracked and insured delivery services, unfortunately Leonie Marks Jewellery is unable to compensate for any missing return shipments.
